Agreement

DeadRisk (deadrisk.com and its YouTube channel, @deadriskzero) is operated by MMNTM Inc., 30 N Gould St, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States ("DeadRisk", "we", "us"). By using the site or watching our videos, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use them.

Not investment advice

DeadRisk is research and commentary about public companies and the news coverage around them. Nothing on the site or in our videos is investment, financial, legal, or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security. We publish no price targets and give no portfolio advice. Do your own research, and talk to a licensed professional before you make an investment decision. You alone are responsible for your decisions.

We work to get figures right and cite our sources, but data can be incomplete, delayed, or wrong. The methodology explains how our measurements work and where they stop.

Using the site

• Use the site lawfully, and don't interfere with it or with other people's use of it.
• Automated access must follow our robots.txt and the rules on our crawler page. Don't overload the site.
• Don't try to reach parts of the site you aren't authorized to use, such as other people's accounts.
• The arcade is a game. Its companies, prices, and events are fiction.

Accounts

You sign in with a link sent to your email address. Keep access to that inbox secure; anyone who can read your email can sign in as you. We may suspend accounts that are used to abuse the site.

Our content

The text, charts, videos, and design of DeadRisk belong to us. You may quote short excerpts with a link back to the source page. Anything more needs our permission. Company names and logos belong to their owners and appear only to identify them. Quotations from news coverage, filings, books, and social posts are attributed to their authors and remain theirs.

Third-party services and links

The site links to other sites and relies on outside services. We don't control them and aren't responsible for them. Our videos are published on YouTube. Watching them there, or using any feature that relies on YouTube API Services, is governed by the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.

Privacy

Our privacy policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

No warranty

The site and videos are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, DeadRisk and MMNTM Inc. are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, trading losses, or loss of data, arising from your use of the site or videos. Our total liability for any claim is limited to $100.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we do, we will change the effective date at the top. Using the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
